  1. No Refund After Activation
    Once a hosting service is activated and delivered (e.g. a Minecraft or other game server is created or deployed), your right to a refund is waived.
    By using our service, you expressly agree to this immediate delivery and waive your statutory 14-day withdrawal right (based on Swiss law and EU consumer directives for digital services).

  2. Exceptions
    Refunds may be granted at our sole discretion in the following cases:

  • The service was not delivered or failed to deploy within 24 hours

  • Duplicate payments or technical billing errors

  • You contacted us within 1 hour of your initial purchase and have not yet used the server

  1. Tebex Payments
    Some payments may be handled by Tebex Limited, our official merchant partner. In such cases, refund requests must follow Tebex’s policy and should be submitted via:

  2. Subscription Charges
    It is your responsibility to cancel any active subscriptions. Charges that result from failure to cancel a subscription in time are non-refundable.

  3. Fraud or Abuse
    We reserve the right to deny refunds if we detect:

  • Misuse or abuse of the refund system

  • Violation of our Terms and Conditions or Acceptable Use Policy
